Requirements
- 6+ years across software engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy or technical education
- 3+ years hands-on technical instruction teaching engineers live in-person and remotely
- Production engineering experience shipping production software
- Recent hands-on AI development with LLM APIs, agents, tool use or MCP
- Instructor development experience via observation, feedback and train-the-trainer
- NYC location or willingness to relocate with 25% travel
