Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in learning & development, enablement, support operations or similar roles in a technology company
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
• Data-driven approach using metrics to improve programs and measure effectiveness
• Strong communication skills distilling complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences
• Excel at cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering and Support teams
• Proactive, solutions-oriented with excellent program management abilities
• Thrive in fast-paced environment adapting to evolving products and priorities
