Requirements
- 10+ years in contract management, legal operations or procurement operations
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering a CLM platform, e.g. Ironclad
- Familiarity with datacenter, hardware, construction and telecom contracting
- Contract fluency to triage requests, track obligations and route to counsel
- Comfort using AI and LLM tools to scale routine contracting work
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
