Requirements

• Experience in legal operations, business operations, or paralegal role in an in-house legal department
• Front-line experience handling law enforcement requests for user data, including subpoenas, warrants and emergency disclosures
• Working knowledge of Stored Communications Act and cross-border mechanisms like MLATs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
• Strong judgment with ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality under time pressure
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
• Experience owning intake, queue or docketing process end-to-end with rigorous tracking
• Comfort operating and improving legal tooling including trackers, spreadsheets and simple automations
