Hands-on, discreet operator with front-line law enforcement request experience who thrives owning queues end-to-end, improving process and tooling, and collaborating across Trust & Safety, Security and Engineering.

Requirements

• Experience in legal operations, business operations, or paralegal role in-house
• Direct front-line experience handling law enforcement requests for user data
• Working knowledge of Stored Communications Act and cross-border process including MLATs
• Strong project management and ability to prioritize under time pressure
• Experience owning intake, queue or docketing end-to-end with rigorous tracking
• Comfort operating and improving legal tooling, trackers and automations
