Requirements
- JD and active U.S. state bar membership (CA or NY preferred)
- Fluency in life sciences industry and drug development
- Working knowledge of GxP, clinical/health data, human-subjects and FDA regulation
- Deep experience negotiating complex IP allocation in multi-party research deals
- Ability to translate legal risk into practical guidance for scientists
- Experience managing outside counsel across specialties
- Collaborative, low-ego doer mindset with curiosity about AI and science

- Hybrid - at least 3 days/week in New York office
