Requirements
- 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery with at least 3 years directly managing people
- Track record building and leading technical delivery teams, ideally embedded teams
- Delivered AI, ML or LLM-based agentic solutions into production
- Depth in Financial Services with understanding of model risk, security and compliance
- Able to navigate architecture discussions and judge agent design trade-offs
- Experience with value-based scoping including TCO/ROI and impact measurement
- Thrives in ambiguity and built a team or practice from early stage
- Executive presence with senior leaders and strong written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
