Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ managing engineers inside a marketing, brand, or design engineering organization
• Owned a high-traffic marketing or brand web surface end to end including CMS, frontend and publishing workflow
• Strong frontend depth with TypeScript, React, modern CSS and modern headless CMS, staying close to code
• Built tooling that made non-engineers faster and safer
• Shipped under real launch pressure with cross-functional partners without dropping quality
• Comfortable operating at the seam between Design, Marketing, and Engineering
• Deep interest in AI and excitement about putting Claude into the build and publish loop
