Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in or around life sciences research
• Experience building communities of practice for scientists
• Growing network in life sciences and energized by building relationships
• Technical fluency to engage on AI concepts and LLM capabilities
• Analytical mindset using data to inform strategy and measure impact
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building programs from scratch
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Willingness to travel for partner visits and conferences
