Requirements

• Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) and licensed to work as in-house counsel where based
• Deep employment law expertise across multiple APAC countries
• Clear, concise writing with actionable guidance for non-lawyers
• Ability to balance legal risk with business practicality and collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience working effectively across multiple time zones
• 12+ years employment legal experience across law firms and in-house supporting rapid growth
• Practical experience advising on employment laws in Japan, South Korea, India, Australia, and Singapore
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
