Detail-oriented HR operator with experience supporting sensitive performance and ER casework across Europe. You combine discretion and judgment with a builder mindset, thriving in ambiguity and tedious operational work alike.

Requirements

• Experience working on performance management or employee relations across Europe and ideally APAC
• Supported complex or sensitive casework with partial information, messy handoffs and tight timelines
• Detail-oriented, closes loops and remembers where to find crucial information
• Ability to operationalise and scale work through processes, frameworks and documentation
• Strong written communication for materials leaders use in hard conversations
• Good judgment on need-to-know and what goes in writing versus stays verbal
• Comfortable pushing back and raising concerns with more senior stakeholders
• Comfortable with tedious operational work
• Able to operate confidently in grey, fast-paced scaling environment
• 7+ years in HR role such as people operations, HR coordination, employee relations or HRBP
• Experience at high-growth tech company where process was built while using it
