Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping complex workflows, enterprise/B2B SaaS, developer tools, or API products end-to-end
• Proven track record executing end-to-end on large and complex products in ambiguous environments
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and polished UI craftsmanship
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code as a creative partner
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
