Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including self-serve purchase, subscription, or billing experiences
• Shipped self-serve experiences owning conversion and retention metrics and running experiments
• Strong product design instincts to clarify proration, overage, or credits
• Built LLM-powered or agentic product features with judgment on autonomy vs confirmation
• Credible discussing system design with engineers, abuse patterns with Trust & Safety, and funnels with Growth
• Comfortable making tradeoffs between growth, risk, and financial accuracy
• Scrappy and resourceful with bias to action
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
