Requirements

• 10+ years in corporate real estate strategy, portfolio management, or real estate finance with 3-5 years people management
• Proven track record developing and presenting real estate strategies to executives
• Sophisticated financial modeling skills including NPV, IRR and total cost of occupancy
• Deep expertise in market analysis, labor economics and location strategy
• Exceptional writing and executive communication skills
• Experience managing complex portfolios across multiple geographies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
