Requirements
- 5+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting supporting technical research teams
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and evaluate technical qualifications
- Experience partnering with researchers and hiring GenAI and LLM talent
- Proven track record scaling diverse, high-performing teams in high-growth startup
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with proactive, autonomous mindset
