• 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience with track record closing senior, hard-to-fill roles
• Experience hiring for a high-growth technology company whose public narrative matters
• Network across media, agency, and in-house communications talent
• Experience supporting executive hiring
• Experience using AI tools in daily work
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
