Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A with focus on Policy hiring
• Demonstrated ability to recruit in the UK and European market
• Track record of strong stakeholder partnership in fast-moving environments
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and flexing between functions
• Proven ability to maintain quality under volume pressure
• Self-starter able to work with significant autonomy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Genuine connection to Anthropic's mission
