Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with meaningful exposure to GTM functions
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building structure and recruiting practices
- Strong stakeholder management skills with frameworks that drive hiring and coach teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data integrity
- Comfortable analyzing recruiting data to monitor health and hiring experience
- Passionate about AI's potential to positively impact the world while understanding risks
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
