Requirements
- Fluent in English and Korean with strong cross-cultural communication skills
- 8+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth GTM functions in APAC
- Experience building recruiting processes from scratch in ambiguous environments
- Passionate about leveraging technology and AI to transform recruiting
- Experience with data-driven recruiting and metrics-based performance tracking
- Understanding of Korea hiring practices, employment law and professional norms
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
