Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth GTM functions in APAC markets
• Experience building processes from scratch while managing multiple concurrent searches
• Passion for leveraging technology and AI to transform recruiting processes
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to work across cultural contexts
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships across regions and time zones
• Experience with data-driven recruiting and metrics-based performance tracking in international contexts
• Understanding of hiring practices, employment law, and professional norms in Singapore
• Experience working with distributed teams across significant time zone differences
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience in a relevant field
