Requirements

• Hands-on research experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field
• Proficient in PCR, gel electrophoresis, molecular cloning and plasmid preparation
• Experience with aseptic technique and bacterial or mammalian cell culture
• Experience with nucleic acid extraction, purification and quantification
• Meticulous documentation and ability to troubleshoot and adapt protocols
• Highly motivated, resourceful, and energized by hands-on bench work
