Requirements

• PhD in biochemistry, protein engineering, immunology, molecular biology or related field
• Experience taking at least one therapeutic antibody from discovery through candidate selection and IND-enabling studies
• Working knowledge of antibody IND requirements across pharmacology, PK, toxicology and CMC
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a rapidly evolving research environment
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with strong communication skills
