Requirements
- Several years in channel, reseller, distribution or partner operations
- Working proficiency in Japanese, Korean and English
- Knowledge of cloud marketplace reseller programs and deal registration
- Hands-on quote-to-order, order management or partner billing experience
- Experience turning manual processes into documented workflows and SLAs
- Hands-on Salesforce experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
