Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building production software, ideally full-stack
• Able to take a product from idea to shipped independently
• Thinks in systems and abstractions
• Cares about empowering users, not just building for them
• Owns outcomes and whether the work solved the problem
• Comfortable with ambiguity and decisions with incomplete information
• Holds self to a high bar without external pressure
• Proficiency across the stack (Python, TypeScript, React)
• Experience building platforms, primitives or internal tools others build on
• Track record of shipping products independently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
