Requirements

• Deep expertise in one or more security domains such as vulnerability research, exploit development, reverse engineering, malware analysis, incident response, or offensive security
• Built AI-powered tools or capabilities for security work
• Can go from idea to working prototype quickly and abandon what doesn't hold up
• Comfortable designing rigorous evaluations and interpreting results honestly
• Clear technical writing and communication about findings
• 7+ years in security research, security engineering, or closely related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
