Requirements

• 8+ years building and operating backend or platform systems at scale

• Own large migrations in live, high-traffic systems
• Product-focused platform work with documentation and self-service
• Navigate ambiguity and communicate with cross-functional partners
• Familiar with using AI tools in development workflow
