Requirements
- 10+ years as a Software Engineer building data infrastructure, storage or distributed systems
- 3+ years leading large-scale, complex projects or teams as engineer or tech lead
- Able to set technical direction for a team
- Able to navigate tradeoffs across performance, cost, security and maintainability
- Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
