Requirements

• Deep experience with configuration management, feature flagging and/or experimentation platforms at scale
• Strong proficiency in Python, Rust and/or Go
• Passion for developer productivity and reducing friction in shipping changes
• Experience with container orchestration and infrastructure at scale
• Excellent communication skills supporting internal partners
• Comfortable working independently on ambiguous, high-impact challenges
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 15+ years building large-scale developer infrastructure preferred
• 3+ years leading large-scale complex projects or teams preferred
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and safe rollout mechanisms
