Requirements

• 8+ years building backend systems, data pipelines, or internal platforms
• Systems thinker who understands data flows and integration points
• Depth in integration engineering or data infrastructure with fluency in the other
• Proficient in Python, Go or similar with cloud and IaC experience
• High bar for data quality and reliability
• Full ownership from design through deployment and operations
