Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience as technical lead on infrastructure or platform teams
• Deep background in systems, build/test, or ML infrastructure with hands-on toolchain and CI/CD work
• Experience owning toolchains or dev environments for compute-intensive workloads
• Depth in at least one accelerator ecosystem and appetite to learn others
• Track record defining engineering metrics and improving velocity
• Experience driving technical alignment across organizational boundaries
• Strong written and verbal communication and influence without authority
