Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience as a Fullstack or product engineer with track record leading complex projects
- Shipped LLM-native features or applications
- Self-sufficient end-to-end from idea to production without designer, PM, or architect
- Comfortable engaging directly with internal customers and incorporating feedback quickly
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
