Requirements

• Experience building and operating large-scale backend services or distributed systems in production
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Rust, or TypeScript

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration
• Experience leading large, complex technical projects across teams from ambiguous problem to adoption
