Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a backend or platform engineer building scalable distributed systems, ideally at tech lead level or equivalent
• Product-focused approach to platform work and care about building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to adopt
• Own large-scale infrastructure systems and lead ambiguous, cross-team technical projects from design through production independently
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) at scale and/or Enterprise SaaS in a multi-tenant context, including security, compliance or data residency
• Take full ownership of work from design through deployment and operations
• Proficient in Python, Go, Rust, or similar systems language
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field
