Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years practical experience as backend or platform engineer, with some frontend experience
• Strong product sense and ability to partner cross-functionally on strategy in new domains
• Familiar with using AI tools as part of software development
• Product-focused approach to building robust, scalable, easy-to-use platform solutions
• Take full ownership from design through deployment, operations and iteration
• Can navigate ambiguity and operate in both 0 to 1 and mature settings
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
