Requirements

• Experience in AI infrastructure including on-premise capacity, cloud, semiconductors, data centers, networking
• Background in strategic partnerships, hyperscaler deal structuring, investment banking, private equity or infrastructure investments
• Deep understanding of compute ecosystem, infrastructure economics and AI infrastructure trends
• Track record structuring, negotiating and closing complex high-value technology transactions as lead negotiator
• Working understanding of capital markets, project financing and financial structuring alongside commercial terms
• Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into deal structures and business recommendations
