Requirements

• Substantial experience managing corporate tax function in multinational software and technology industry with Big 4 and in-house experience
• Owned full ASC 740 provision cycle at a multinational company including deferred taxes, valuation allowance, UTPs, disclosures, SOX controls and auditor management
• Managed US federal and state income tax compliance program at scale with co-sourced Big 4 providers
• Hands-on experience with complex M&A transactions, tax purchase price allocations and ASC 805 accounting
• Experience with infrastructure leases, build-outs and financing arrangements preferred
• CPA required; Master's in Taxation or LLM a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
