Requirements

• Extensive experience in data science including leading analytics for a product area at significant scale
• 3+ years managing data science teams including setting direction and developing senior data scientists
• Trusted partner to senior product and business leaders with examples of changing roadmap decisions
• Strong product sense and business judgment with ability to act with incomplete information
• Deep expertise in experimental design, causal inference and statistical modeling with Python and SQL
• Clear written and presentation communication including to executive audiences
• Bias for action thriving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
