Requirements

• Several years of experience in technical program management delivering complex, cross-functional programs
• Experience with platform engineering efforts and engaging meaningfully with engineers building them
• Drove platform adoption where success depended on other teams building on what was shipped
• Experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations simultaneously
• Highly organized managing multiple parallel workstreams across distributed teams
• Thrives in unstructured environments bringing order to chaos and clarity to ambiguity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence without authority
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
