Requirements

• 10+ years in technical program management, with 7+ years directly managing TPMs
• Built a team or function from scratch before
• Scaled TPM teams in rapidly-growing, fast-moving environments
• Conversant across datacenters, networking, hardware ops, distributed systems and cloud platforms
• Run large-scale compute programs like capacity planning, cluster deployments or datacenter build-outs
• Communicate complex programs clearly to senior leadership
• Comfortable switching between IC execution and people management
• Comfortable making staffing and prioritization decisions without perfect information
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
