Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in transaction management, commercial real estate, data center leasing, or infrastructure procurement
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder transactions from sourcing through execution
- Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring term sheets, LOIs, and commercial agreements
- Experience with RFP processes and competitive sourcing for large-scale infrastructure or real estate transactions
- Expert in the Canadian leasing compute space
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
