Requirements

• 10+ years in transaction management, commercial real estate, data center leasing, or infrastructure procurement
• Proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder transactions from sourcing through execution
• Strong negotiation skills structuring term sheets, LOIs and commercial agreements
• Experience with RFP processes and competitive sourcing for large-scale infrastructure transactions
• Experience working across European markets with knowledge of regional data center landscape
• Comfortable operating across multiple countries with different legal frameworks and business cultures
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and focus on strategic deal objectives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
