Requirements

• Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods, including receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping
• Hands-on experience using and designing warehouse management and inventory management systems
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers or carriers, including negotiating service levels
• Working knowledge of domestic freight (LTL, FTL, and parcel) and related documentation
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements for shipping and storing IT equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and scale operations reliably
• Ability to travel to warehouse and data center sites in the US as needed
