Hands-on logistics operator who thrives on the floor and in process design, comfortable owning high-value secure hardware flows and making clear decisions amid rapid infrastructure growth.

Requirements

• Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations including receiving, inventory control and outbound shipping
• Hands-on experience with WMS or inventory management system and spreadsheets
• Experience managing 3PLs, carriers and freight forwarders including SLAs
• Working knowledge of domestic freight (LTL, FTL, parcel) and documentation
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements for IT equipment including hazmat
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams
• Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and scale operations
• Ability to travel to US warehouse and data center sites as needed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
