Requirements

• Deep operations experience building scalable databases, workflows, and automations
• Experience managing global vendors, budgets, and event operations
• Strong bias toward action with ability to make impact on day one
• Thrive in ambiguity and energized by greenfield problems as early hire
• Fluency with Cursor, Databricks, Luma, Slack, Notion, Salesforce, CRM and Clay
• Deep care for community and building strong relationships with champions
