Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or a similar role
• Strong SQL skills with experience building models and transformations (dbt or equivalent)
• Built production reporting and dashboards that people depend on
• Can turn vague operational questions into the right analysis without a playbook
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and be honest about what data supports
• Self-directed and comfortable owning ambiguous problems end to end
