Requirements

• Strong communication skills and executive presence, equally comfortable coding alongside developers or presenting to technical leaders
• Deep understanding of how work gets done in modern organisations, from software development lifecycle to business systems and workflows
• Hands-on technical ability and systems thinking, fluent in technical workflows and AI tooling and making them reliable at scale
• Customer-obsessed with a knack for translating technical details into business impact
• Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Pre-Sales, or designed and built systems that automate work across teams and tools
• Thrive in a startup environment: resourceful, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable running several evaluations in parallel
