Requirements

• Strong communication skills and executive presence with engineers and CTOs, CISOs, program leaders
• Understand the SDLC and connect technical detail to mission and operational impact
• Hands-on technical fluency with workflows, AI tooling, and complex constrained environments
• Deal-partner instincts to co-own with AEs and navigate multi-threaded stakeholder maps
• Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or Consulting, ideally federal/defense
• Excited by Public Sector and fast learning agency buying motions and security expectations
• Hold or can obtain a federal security clearance, active clearance a plus
