Requirements

• 6+ years in Solutions Architecture, Deployment Strategy, technical consulting, or Engagement Manager owning scoping and delivery
• Understand agentic coding and LLMs in production, including failure modes and resilient workflows
• Hands-on with workflows, integrations, and platform config; able to read Python / JS-TS to partner with FDE
• Shipped AI-native workflows past prototype to production
• Able to find highest-leverage intervention in unfamiliar enterprise eng org and scope value in weeks
• Executive presence to own C-suite relationships and earn trust with eng leads
