Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese with deep understanding of local technology and services partner ecosystem, especially SIs/GSIs
• Professional working proficiency in English for HQ engagement
• Builder-operator energized by owning a business from greenfield
• Experience building and scaling technology, consulting, or GSI partnerships in enterprise software with quota accountability
• Fluent across partner business plans, program mechanics, enablement, and co-sell economics
• Data-driven decision maker able to stand up reporting and operating cadence
• Builds durable relationships with partner principals and alliance leads
• Skilled at navigating negotiation and channel conflict and influencing stakeholders quickly
• Operates credibly across diverse markets and moves fast
