Requirements

• Hands-on experience coordinating high-volume work via internships, campus leadership, or early-career roles in recruiting, people ops, EA/admin, hospitality/events, or similar
• Obsessive attention to detail, e.g. triple-checking calendar invite timezones
• Proactive problem-solver who sees inefficiency as a personal challenge and executes improvements with good judgement
• Deeply cares about candidate and hiring team experience and making it great for everyone
• Stays calm, reliable, and responsive while juggling many moving pieces
• Natural warmth and love of meeting new people, putting introverts and extroverts at ease
• Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
• Experience with Ashby ATS is a plus
